Q: Can we ship outside of Canada?

A: Currently we are only shipping within Canada.

Q: How does Reserve in Store work?

A: Once we receive an Reserve order, we go and make sure that item is still available. Once we have the order together will will send out a second email saying your order is ready to go. Please wait until the confirmation has gone before you come to the store.

Q: Why are there so many missing pictures?

A: We are working on getting all of our products online currently. We currently have just shy of 20000 items in our retail system we are working on getting online, which you can imagine is a project and a half.

 

Q: I saw an item in store, but it's not on your website yet, can I still get it? 

A: For sure! Just shoot us an email or message us on Facebook or Instagram and we'll make sure it's added right away.
